Mrs Browne grew up in a large family with a single parent. Going to school she started to excel however, there were certain challenges which caused here not to go higher in education. On the spiritual side of things Browne attends the Bartica Full Gospel Fellowship and is strong in the faith. Other than being married and also a mother of two, Ms Deborah has a deep love for children which has resulted in her being a Trained Sunday School Teacher (TEC Level One) for 10 years, at the church’s outstation at Four miles. Working on the council as the Representative for Constituency Seven has been so enjoyable and has shaped Mrs Browne in many especially when it comes to dealing with criticism and getting along with her fellow colleagues.
