On Tuesday 25th September, 2018 the Bartica Municipality along with the Office of Climate Changed launched the first ever municipality website in Guyana (www.bartica.gov.gy) under the Transitioning to National Energy Security: Bartica As a Model Green Town project.

The Bartica website is just one of the many accomplishments of the Bartica Municipality in keeping with President David Granger’s vision of creating a green town.

The Handing over of the website was done by Mr. Gavin Bovell, project manager of the TNES project to Mayor Gifford Marshall on behalf of the Bartica Municipalitiy.
